Working closely with the producer, I was commissioned as the VI designer for a theatre show titled Project New Earth presented by CAS (China Art Space) in London. By providing a complete visual identity system for the show, my work involves both creation and brand development for CAS.

CAS presents PROJECT NEW EARTH to celebrate the spirit & legacy of the CHINESE LABOUR CORPS (CLC), as British & Chinese communities commemorate WW1 today.

100 years ago, the British & French armies recruited 140,000 Chinese men to work behind the Western Front. CLC was the largest overseas labour force, giving their blood, sweat & tears to help the Allies win, but have since been forgotten. This is their story.
